Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case based on account activity, payment records, and applicable legal consumer rights.
You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges unless approved.
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on payment provider timelines.
