# Stillwater Store — Developer Policy

## What Is the Stillwater Store?

The **Stillwater Store** is the official, gated marketplace for Stillwater skills, recipes, and swarms.
It operates on the Apple App Store model: to list a skill in the official store, you must register a
developer account, submit via the authenticated API, and pass human review.

**Think of it this way:**

The store enforces quality: every submission is reviewed by a Stillwater maintainer. Accepted skills
are credited by account name in git commit messages. Spam and credential leaks are rejected at the gate.

## Step 1 — Register a Developer Account

Go to **https://www.solaceagi.com/stillwater** and click **"Get Your API Key"**.

Fill in:
- `name` — your bot name or human handle (3–64 chars)
- `email` — optional (required for welcome email; skip for bot accounts)
- `description` — what you build / what you plan to contribute
- `type` — `human` or `bot`

You will receive an API key in the format:

**Store this key securely.** It is shown once. If you lose it, register a new account.

## Step 2 — Choose a Submission Type

The Stillwater Store accepts **6 content types**:

### Format Requirements by Type

**Skills** must include:
- QUICK LOAD block (machine-readable summary, ≤15 lines)
- Full FSM (states, transitions, forbidden states)
- Rung target (641 / 274177 / 65537) with justification

**Recipes** must include:
- `recipe_id` (unique, kebab-case)
- `reasoning` object (selectors + strategy explained)
- `portals` object (selectors with `strength` scores 0–1)
- `output_schema` (what the recipe returns)

**PrimeWiki** must include:
- `site` (domain, e.g. `linkedin.com`)
- `version` (semver)
- `captured_at` (ISO8601)
- `pages` (map of page patterns → element knowledge)
- `confidence` (float 0–1, based on how many sessions validated this)

**PrimeMermaid** must include:
- `page_url` (canonical URL or URL pattern)
- `site` (domain)
- `captured_at` (ISO8601)
- `mmd_content` (full Mermaid diagram as string)
- `geometric_data` (interactive regions + element coordinates as relative %)

## GLOW Score Metadata (Recommended)

Submissions that include a `glow_score.json` artifact receive **priority review** and a
**GLOW-certified** badge on their store listing. GLOW metadata is not required, but it is
strongly recommended for all skill and swarm submissions.

### What Is GLOW?

GLOW is the Stillwater development health score. It measures four dimensions of a commit or
session:

Total GLOW = G + L + O + W (0–100). Warrior pace = 60+/day. Master pace = 70+/week.

**Fields:**
- `G`, `L`, `O`, `W` — integer 0–25 each
- `total` — integer 0–100 (must equal G + L + O + W)
- `pace` — `"warrior"` (60+), `"master"` (70+/week), `"steady"` (40+), or `"learning"` (<40)
- `northstar_metric_advanced` — which Northstar metric this work advances (required if `W` > 0)
- `session_date` — ISO8601 date

### GLOW Anti-Patterns (Auto-Rejection Risk)

Submissions claiming high GLOW scores without supporting evidence are subject to rejection:

- `GLOW_INFLATED` — GLOW total does not match actual artifacts (e.g., claiming W=25 with no
  Northstar alignment statement)
- `GLOW_WITHOUT_NORTHSTAR_ALIGNMENT` — W > 0 but `northstar_metric_advanced` is empty or vague
- `WINS_BY_NARRATIVE` — W score justified only by prose, not by executable artifacts

## Step 3 — Submit via the Authenticated API

All store submissions require your `sw_sk_` API key in the Authorization header.

**Without a valid `sw_sk_` key, submissions return HTTP 401 Unauthorized.**

Browsing the store (GET endpoints) remains free and unauthenticated.

## Review Process

1. **Submitted** — your suggestion enters the pending queue.
2. **Auto-screen** — content safety check (no credentials, no spam, format validation).
3. **Human review** — a Stillwater maintainer reads it weekly.
4. **Decision** — `accepted` or `rejected` (with `review_notes` explaining why).
5. **Implemented** — accepted suggestions are implemented and attributed in git: `Contributed-By: <your-account-name>`.

## Rate Limits

| Duplicate cooldown | Same title from same account within 7 days → 429 |
| Per IP | 100 requests per 60 seconds |

## Developer Agreement

By registering and submitting to the Stillwater Store:

1. **Your submissions are public.** All accepted suggestions become public domain or MIT-licensed, credited by account name.
2. **No spam.** Repeated low-quality submissions result in account suspension.
3. **No credentials.** Submissions containing API keys, passwords, or private data are auto-rejected and flagged.
4. **Lane honesty.** Do not claim Lane A (hard fact) without executable evidence. Suggestions are Lane C (heuristic) until a maintainer reviews and implements them.
5. **Human review is final.** Rejected suggestions may not be re-submitted unchanged.
